Yet, not everyone can enjoy this long-standing favorite treat due to food allergies or dietary concerns. Baking these treats initially requires more dedication, but once you start, you will love it.
One of the main reasons that I enjoy baking vegan cupcakes is due to the fact that eggs are not required. Before, if I just wanted to make cupcakes for a special occasion, I would need to purchase a whole dozen of eggs or try to find half a dozen. But once I used a few eggs, the rest were thrown out, which was a waste.
Now I don't have to worry about buying eggs. Coconut, almond, or rice milk are great substitutes for regular dairy milk.
